Matthew was so amazing. He stayed wi the us the whole time, letting us try on multiple shoes until we found the right ones and the best part was he literally gave us his true opinion on which ones looked the best. Definitely the best day ever and a great buy. Thank you Matthew

Go see Sammy he is THE BEST he’s not pushy he’s super patient and will help you find exactly what you want! I seriously will not buy from anyone else now. I would recommend you request him if you can I have had not so great experiences in the past with luxury service and this one has made all the difference in my buying experience from now on thank you again sammy for being the best shoe king!!!

This store has definitely made a recent turn for the better! Matthew is amazing…kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and polished…you can tell he knows this brand and cares about customers. My mom and I weren’t even on a buying mission and both ended up with a pair today and a fabulous shopping experience!

I've had good experiences every time I've been into this store. There was one instance when I really needed my receipt emailed to me because I ordered them through a link the worker sent me and no matter how many times I asked I couldn't get it so I had to talk to a manager who politely sent it to me. Every time I've been in everyone is so friendly, helpful, and polite. I always enjoy going into the store and buying shoes from them!

Recently visited the Nashville store and got my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers. The entire staff was attentive and so helpful. I worked with Mallory and she ensured I left with something I loved! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my shoes and can’t wait to visit them again for my next purchase. Highly recommend!

I received my first pair of GG for Christmas and decided to exchange them for a different color. We drove to the GG store at Lenox in Atlanta only to realize they were closed for renovation. I called GG and they had Mallory from the Nashville store call me back. She found the pair of mids I wanted at the warehouse in Italy and handled everything for me so I did not have to drive to Nashville. Mallory went above and beyond and even kept me updated via text while waiting on the shoes to be shipped. I will definitely make the trip to Nashville for my next pair!!
